Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi was on the scoresheet once again in Ligue 1, grabbing his second goal of the season for OGC Nice. The forward struck in the 30th minute, latching onto Hicham Boudaoui’s assist to momentarily give his side hope.

However, Moffi’s effort wasn’t enough as Nice fell 4-1 away to Stade Brestois in Round 5 of the French Ligue 1. Early goals from Ludovic Ajorque and Romain Del Castillo set the tone for Brest, before Joris Chotard and Romain Lascary added to the tally in the second half.

Despite the defeat, Moffi’s sharp finishing continues to highlight his importance to Nice’s attack. With two goals already this season, the Super Eagles striker looks set to be a key figure as the campaign progresses.
