Paris FC have confirmed the departure of Nigerian international goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, marking the end of a remarkable five-year journey with the French club.

Nnadozie, who joined from Nigerian champions Rivers Angels in 2020, quickly became an integral part of the team thanks to her commanding presence, leadership, and world-class shot-stopping ability.

The 24-year-old goalkeeper enjoyed a standout 2023–2024 season, where she was deservedly named Best Goalkeeper in the Arkema Première Ligue, underlining her consistency and elite performances between the sticks.

Her impact was most felt in Paris FC’s victorious 2024 Coupe de France campaign, where her saves proved crucial in the club’s march to the title, securing her legacy as one of the most influential players in their recent history.

Announcing her departure on X, Paris FC shared a heartfelt message:

“🔙 Arriving at Paris FC in 2020 from River Angels FC, Chiamaka immediately became a key part of the team. Best goalkeeper in Arkema Première Ligue in 2023-2024, she left Paris FC after a magnificent victory in the Coupe de France in which she was one of the main players.

Paris FC warmly thanks 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐚 for these five years, which will forever leave a mark on the club’s history. We wish him the best for the next stage of his career. 👊

💙 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐚 !”
