Head coach Eric Chelle has released the final 23-man squad for Nigeria’s Super Eagles B team ahead of the 8th African Nations Championship (CHAN), which will take place from August 2 to 30 across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

After weeks of intensive training at the Remo Stars Sports Institute in Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State, the squad will depart Nigeria for Zanzibar on Thursday evening aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight. The team is scheduled for a second-phase training camp in Zanzibar from July 25 to 31, 2025.

As part of preparations for the tournament, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has arranged two international friendlies against the Zanzibar national team, to be played on July 28 and July 31.
