
Rwanda vs Nigeria: The Super Eagles camp in Kigali yesterday sprang to life with the arrival of players and key team officials for the World Cup qualifier.
The first set of officals arrived on Rwanda Air, at about 9pm Rwandan time. Assistant coaches Daniel Ogunmodede and Fidelis Ilechukwu, Remo Stars goal keeper Kayode Bankole, Team secretary Dayo Enebi and Media Officer Promise Efoghe all arrived on this service.
Other backroom staff and the Head Coach of the team Eric Chelle arrived at about 1am Rwandan time, with all currently in place to host the team in Rwanda and execute the game.
Victor Osimhen, Bruno Onyemaechi and Papa Daniel have also arrived camp, taking the number of players in camp six, with all others expected today except delays arise. Papa Daniel, Amas Obasogie and Tolu Arokodare are also in camp
The Super Eagles will be looking to commence Eric Chelle’s tenure on a good note with a win against host Rwanda who are currently 1st in the qualifier group with, with the Nigeria second from bottom.
